As President of Organizational Dynamics Consulting, Mary Homan utilizes over 25 years of experience and industry expertise to assist clients in achieving their highest levels of performance and engagement.  Organizational Dynamics Consulting utilizes best practices in its proven methodology and tools to achieve unprecedented levels of employee and team productivity and performance,while concurrently improving employee satisfaction and retention.

Mary is a Certified Professional Coach (ICF), Certified Workplace Mediator, Certified Trainer of Managing Workplace Conflict, Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), Team Diagnostics and Assessment Certified, and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA), Harrison Assessments Certified, Certified EQi and EQi 360, TTI TriMetrix HD Certified, Hogan Assessments Certified, DISC Certified, MBTI Step I and Step II Certified and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI). She received her MBA from Miami University and her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Ohio State University.

Mary is an active member of the Central Florida community, including having served on several boards including the IT Florida Board and the Florida Hospital, Childrens’ Hospital Board. Attended Leadership Orlando Alumni of Class 58 and was an Odyssey of the Mind Coordinator and Coach.

She draws upon extensive experience in higher education, wellness and the personal development fields to integrate a holistic and practical approach.  These references guide others through replenishment, change, communication, and challenging relationship dynamics.  180+ hours of post-grad coach specific training, 600+ individual client sessions, and 1000+ group session participants have honed her craft.
